The project was implemented with the participation of the Department of Methods of Sociological Research (the School of Sociology, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University).
The tasks of the study were to examine: the motivation of foreign students to study at V.N. Karazin KNU, attitude and friendship between the Ukrainian and foreign students, foreign students’ plans for the future, ways to study Russian language, negative attitude to foreign students of different nationalities, threat to foreign students’ personal security, conflicts involving foreign students, corruption in V.N. Karazin KNU, foreign students anxiety, etc.
